Getting started
From account to workspace in five steps
Nothing in the onboarding interview chooses facts for you. Research results and image suggestions remain proposals until you review them.

Create an account
Use email and password or Google sign-in when available. Account creation comes before private workspace setup.

Describe the business
Provide at least a useful owner-written description, answer the required business-specific interview, and optionally add source links.

Add authentic context
Answer optional fact questions and drag or choose authorized photos. Review every researched proposal before saving.

Set the calendar boundary
Choose whether MarketMigo should plan and draft automatically or wait for manual planning. External publishing remains platform specific.

Choose a plan or continue later
Review Essential and Growth after the workspace exists. The $499/month Scale plan is coming soon. Paid AI access begins after your subscription is confirmed.
Platform connections
What each connection needs
Connect only accounts you manage. Each platform decides which account types and permissions are available.
Select the exact Facebook Page you manage and, when relevant, its linked professional Instagram account. Facebook publishing remains prepare-only.
A visible Connect button does not guarantee that a platform will approve every account or action. MarketMigo shows an honest unavailable state when a required permission or eligible account is missing.

Accounts, data, generation, and publishing
What does the product trial include?
After you explicitly choose it, one eligible workspace receives 14 days of limited access for individual text, image, analytics, and intelligence work. Post creation is limited; Calendar, unattended Calendar work, and AI video are not included.
Can I use MarketMigo without connecting a social account?
Yes. You can build the brand profile, create drafts where the feature permits it, and import analytics screenshots. External sync and publishing need the relevant connection.
Does screenshot import immediately change analytics?
No. Extraction creates a pending preview. An owner or admin must inspect and explicitly confirm it before it can become a metric snapshot or influence weekly learning.
Why is an image marked revision only?
The generated image failed its independent factual or visual review. It is saved privately in Content Studio Assets so you can inspect or download it, but it cannot be approved, scheduled, or published.
Can MarketMigo publish everywhere automatically?
No. Eligible Instagram image posts have the unattended path, while Facebook remains prepare-only.
Is AI video generation available?
Not yet. AI video generation is hidden during launch and is coming soon with the $499/month Scale plan.
How do I request data or account deletion?
Sign in and use the data deletion request page, or email support@marketmigo.com if you cannot access the account.
